290 - presurgery (sz 24-26)
160- lowest weight (sz 10)
190-current weight (havent really checked...2 scared 2) (size 14-16)
I've done everything we were told not to do. Eating...Drinking (alcohol)...no vitamins...late nights...too much partying, etc, etc, etc
2 years of this behavior and I'm back up 30lbs.
Glad I found this board...I'm making a commitment to myself again!

Poor behavior landed most of us here. I'm in my second week of recovery from bad habits and doing much better. I take my vitamins, exercise in a small way and make better food choices.
