Is it too late to join your thanksgiving challenge???

Hi there,

Recently joined this group and was wondering if it was too late to join you guys in your challenge.
 
I need to get back on track.  I have been stuck at the same weight for weeks.  As much as I might like to say I'm in a stall - I know its not true, this is all me.  I am eating way more carbs than I should, eating more frequently and my exercise has dropped from 5 x a week to 2 or 3 times x wk.

So my challenge is to

1.  Track everything I eat - everything
2.  Eat every 3 hours - no matter how hungry I think I am
3.  Exercise 4 times a week
4.  And to lose 9 lbs by Thanksgiving

Thanks, really need to do this, can't believe how easy it is to start slipping.  Haven't gained anything back but want to stop the slip into old habits before I do.

I think I am going to join in too!

Thanksgiving day will be my 35th birthday!!!

Between now and then I want to:
1. track my food everyday
2. have one shake everyday
3. continue to take all of my vitamins and medications (hard for me!)
3. get to 265lbs

I am also hoping to add in some exercise, but since I am so bad with that,
I am not going to beat myself up if  i don't get to that!

I am going to be with my in-laws on thanksgiving so eating well may be a hard thing!
but i am going to try!
