Happy FRIDAY!!! Woooooooo, the week is OVA!
I'm psyched up for my game this weekend, can't wait for the work day to be over. I'm all packed up and ready and rearing. I'll be getting plenty of exercise, and I'm starting water loading NOW so I ensure not to get dehydrated over the weekend. Seems they're predicting rain all day tomorrow. How quaint. Mud. Lots and lots of MUD. I'm misbehaving a little with food today so I can have plenty of energy for tonight. I'll also be pounding the caffeine after work. 2 AM is rough 2 days in a row!

B - Subway chix parm flat bread
L - Baked cod and veg
S - Jerkey
D - On the road, not sure.

I'm on my third day of my recovery process. Sounds like I am addicted and in recovery. Well - I am. I'm addicted to food and eating in general. Thats my current approach.
Today I plan protien shakes and maybe some tuna. I'm keeping it light. The idea is to be heavy on protien. Goal is to get through today eating healthy.

I'm excited for this weekend because we're planning on taking a drive to check out the changing leaves and see a movie. I'm a pilot so I'd like to see Amelia but not sure what we'll see. I'm also sleeping in both days.

I'm excited for this weekend because we're planning on taking a drive to check out the changing leaves and see a movie. I'm a pilot so I'd like to see Amelia but not sure what we'll see. I'm also sleeping in both days.

It's Friday --- It's Friday --- Yeah rah, it's Friday!!!!!!!
I'm looking forward to the weekend (couldn't have guess that from the way I began this post could you? LOL) Our weather is predicted to be picture-perfect both days. I have a time set to walk in the park with a friend. Where I freeze, she roasts alive so she's a cool weather walker. This is the first time for months it will be cool enough for her to walk during the times of day I have free (and am willing to not sleep in - one does have to set their priorities ) I miss our times togethr and so am excited about getting to spend some time with her. Then Sunday will be going to, my favorite annual arts and crafts with friends. Always on the look out for an unusal amethyst ring. So, all in all a fun weekend ahead.
At least 18 flights of stairs and some walking Make wise choices when I'm eating out with friends They will go home tomorrow morning early and I will have a few days to know exactly what I'm eating and then next Wednesday it's off to Santa Fe and a whole in set of challenges. But that won't be as hard because I have mailed myself a box of my food to eat while I'm there - saves a lot of money (as well as temptation) to not eat out 3 times a day for a week. Have planned to eat out one night only!

Tomorrow I have to take the kiddos for H1N1 shots, help my daughter with her baby registry, clean house and help our new "son" get caught up on his schoolwork. Tomorrow night we are going to a Dinner and a Laugh comedy night with friends. I am so looking forward to this as we hardly ever have nights out with other couples.

Today started good with low carb bread and peanut butter for breakfast and chicken with pototes for lunch. (the same thing every work day. it is from stouffers 20 gr of protien and 20 gr of carb)
but then...came the cookies...i had 3 of them and feel really sick. 29 gr of carbs EACH. good lord!
I AM going to try to recover today and have chicken later and a protien shake!
i have lost a little bit of weight the past few days so I am hoping that I can get back on track today...
a lot of times I find that it is hard for me to get back on track THE SAME DAY...ususally it takes days and sometimes weeks! i am an all or nothing thinker and I am trying to realize that this whole thing is CUMULATIVE and taht one day isn't going to make or break me!
That is really hard for me!
i might even see if my husband wants to go for a walk tonight!
