5 weeks left! Thanksgiving Pledge/Challenge

Well, dear BOTTers! Here we are, with just 5 short weeks left until the end of our Pledge/Challange to meet our goals for Thanksgiving! I think those of us who took the pledge (you know who you are, there were dozens!) should maybe check in, get our heads out of the sand and say hello!

How are you doing? Are you accomplishing your goals? Have you already met them? If so, what's next? What changes have you made these last few weeks to implement into your routine to ensure those goals are met? Most of all.... HOW DO YOU FEEL?

I'm so glad I took part in this pledge. I've met my goal of losing 10 lbs and have set a secondary goal of 5 more (or more if I can). I feel healthy, can tackle 2 miles in 22 minutes and barely get winded anymore doing it! My clothes fit better and my pouch is finally working like it used to. I did get sick for a week or so, but I've bounced back and am not letting it get me down. "Just gotta want it" is working for me!

Come on, Pledge-ees! Lets hear it!

I wasn't part of the orginal pledge but I would like to jump in now if the door is still open.  I want to lose 10 lbs by Thanksgiving.

I'm joining in too.  I want to lose 5 pounds before Thanksgiving morning.

I think I am going to join in too!

Thanksgiving day will be my 35th birthday!!!

Between now and then I want to:
1. track my food everyday
2. have one shake everyday
3. continue to take all of my vitamins and medications (hard for me!)
3. get to 265lbs

I am also hoping to add in some exercise, but since I am so bad with that,
I am not going to beat myself up if  i don't get to that!

I am going to be with my in-laws on thanksgiving so eating well may be a hard thing!
but i am going to try!
