Weyl good MORNING, BOTTers!

Happy hump day! Hope everyone is doing swimmingly. I'm looking forward to the weekend, get to run around in garb and hit people with plumbing materials and run some more.  Maybe I'll drop a pound or two doing it, as long as I stay hydrated. Tonight is packing night. Tomorrow is rest up. Then its WAR WEEKEND EXTRAVAGANZAAAAAAAA!

The weather is fantastic today and tomorrow. I'll be on that track fer sher. I feel good, I'm maintaining my 10 lb loss from yesterday, so I know it wasn't some fluke of water weight or something!

Food -
B - 1/2 egg, toast and a bit of cheese
S - Not sure I will, apple slices if I do
L - Left over teriyaki pork tenderloin, taters and broc

Good afternoon to everyone!  Yesterday was crazy, had to leave work early to take my daughter to the doctor because I thought she might have the flu. The doc said probably not the flu, tested negative for strep, so she drew blood to check for mono. We won't have the results until tomorrow so they gave her Tylenol w/codeine for the pain and said lots of fluids and rest. It breaks my heart when my kids are sick and I am not able to help them feel better.

Cardio: Free Step on Wii Fit, walking at work
Food:

B-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast bowl, 1/2 slice of pumpkin-zucchini bread
S-Turkey & cheese roll ups
L-Turkey burger on sandwich thin, broccoli w/hummus
S-Dry roasted edamame
D-Chili w/cheese

Chili is in the crackpot so I am looking forward to going home and having dinner already cooked so I can just relax in front of the fireplace tonight.

I haven't lost any weight, but under the cir****tances I'm sure she will understand.

Genie - I would say not gaining is = to losing given the physical limitations you have

In the "old days" this would have been the perfect "reason" (read excuse) to pig out for days and days and days - and then pig out some more because you were depressed because you had gained (I don't think I'm the only one who has done this again and again and again)  So......I'd say you are one fine BOTTer!  Glad to read you are rid of the crutches!!!!

Please take VERY good care of yourself and don't overdo in your exercising and set your recovery back (not that I would know anything about such a thing first-hard, but I've heard that some people do that LOL)
