I think one thing I've learned is tha as much as I hate lessons in patience - I need to have a goal to keep me focused on what I need to be doing. Somehow, it adds a little excitement to my life (as you can see, it takes so little to excite me LOL) Right now my goal is to meke it uniil Saurday without gaining even though I will be eating out everday day between now and then.
But, the most exciting thing is my cosmetic surgery consultation tomorrow. I'm pogo stick excited about that!!!!!!

B-Caramel apple oatmeal
S-Turkey & cheese rollups
L-Tuna on wasa crackers, broccoli w/hummus
S-Dry roasted edamame
D-Totasda on low carb tortilla
S-Apple w/PB2
1497 Calories, 92 Carbs, 53 Fat, 121 Protein
Calories were a bit high today so I will skip the after dinner snack if I am full from dinner. Hope eveyone has a fantastic day!

36 lbs from goal!
1 packet Cinnamon Weight Control Oatmeal
1/4 Dry TVP (Textured vegetable protein)
1 C. Light soy milk
1/2 C. No sugar added applesauce
2 T. Davinci Sugar Free caramel flavored syrup
Drizzle of SF Caramel **** cream topping)
Cook oatmeal, TVP and soy milk to desired consistency (I cook it until all the liquid is cooked in as it will get creamier when you add the applesauce and syrup). Remove from heat, mix in applesauce and caramel flavored syrup. Drizzle with SF caramel. It is yummy on a cold day and keeps me full for the entire morning.
I found the recipe from a lady on the Graduates board and tweaked it to my liking. Hope you enjoy.
