Good Morning BOTT family - Hope your day proves to be even better than you hoped!

Just couldn't wait to share my good news - I WAS EXACTLY AT MY NEW GOAL WEIGHT THIS MORNING   and that's even with eating out every night.  The challenge of eating out nightly continues through Friday night - then a week from tomorrow I leave for a week in Santa Fe - and there lies another week of eating out - though I am going to take my Health Wise food with me and I have reserved a microwave and fridge for our room so even though we will eat out at least once while we're there, it should not be as difficult to stay compliant as this week has been.

EXERCISE:
18 flights of stairs and some walking

FOOD:
Limit calories and make wise choices

Here's to a mighty fine BOTT day for us all

The beauty of the "family" is that when one of us succeeds, we all succeed.  Each of us inspires all the rest   Thanks for caring, it means a lot

Good Morning HLB & Kellie

Glad you both are having a great day and plan to eat well, drink plenty, exercise as much as possible and take vitamins today.

Good to hear about successful accomplishments from both of you.  I would like to add mine too.  It has been difficult to stay away from the scale but I did and only weighed today.  I have lost 4 lbs since being BOTT.

As the golden girls theme goes.  Thank you for being a friend.
I will be back tonight with food stats.

Hi all,
I am Teresa and this is my first check in as I am new to the group!

I managed to take my vitamins today!
I also had one 35 gram protien shake!
I know that I am having a cheeseburger with no bread for lunch.
I plan on having another shake for dinner.
I am trying to get myself motivated to exercise today too!

I had a RNY in May 2003.
I started at 410 and lost down to 230.
I am currently at 280 with a goal of 185 (before plastic surgery).

I am hoping that I am NOT at the point where I need a revsion.
I am hoping that if i get back on track and start using my tool correctly that I will see a change!

I look forward to getting to know all of you.

Welcome Teresa   I hope you find this site as helpful as I have.  I kow that I would not have been able to get bac/stay on track without their understanding, acceptance, caring and support

We still have our "tool" (bariatric surgery) which will work just fine if we choose to use it.  What needs revision is OUR thinking and doing - not our tool.  I wish you well

If you are comfortable, dont be shy , ost often and allow us to share your journey

Morning Happy!

Looks like you and me are both very accomplished this morning! I'm very proud of you, and glad to see your icky nerve is feeling better, since you can do stairs again. Keep up the good work, you're a masterpiece!

I feel so good this morning, and I'm rewarding myself with (get this) some new bra's for my accomplished 10 lbs lost. Just in time for my upcomming WAR WEEKEND this weekend.  Woo, geekness! I love this season, and it's really helping to boost my mood, even after my near death experience of kidney infection/stone. I'm so proud of myself! I like seeing the differences, I like feeling the differences. Its my motivation to keep going.

Cardio - I have to hit the store at lunch, but I'm going to try to hit the track at least one lap today afterwards... walk the poochie since it'll be warm-ish.

Food -
B - Last of the left over chinese shrimp n veg
S - Apples, if I'm feeling it
L - Last of the left over chilli
S - WW string cheese
D - Baked stuffed omaha steak brand white fish. MMmMmMMMMmMM FISH!
S - Apple
