This shows how portions have increased over 20 years and the difference in calories - which is mildly interesting - mainly shows us that we will not starve if we don't eat it all - but the thing I found most interesting is the amout time participating in a physical activity is required to burn those extra calories.  There is only one activity per food, but still gives a good idea about how much time it would take - another incentive to stay on track.

What a cool web site. It's a good thing they have a limited number of questions or I would sit around all day answering them. I love those types of sites or books that make you really think about what you are putting in your body.

Hey Happy,

I needed you last week with this website!!!  I wrote an article for the October Member Newsletter and this website is great.  I wrote about a particular food choice, an alternative food choice and how many calories it would take to burn it off. 

Thanks for sharing this website.  I have saved it as it is very informative and motivational.
