Good morning everyone!

I THINK I am officially BACK now :)  Between three weeks of dealing with kidney stones and the followup surgery, and a trip to Wyoming, it's time to climb back on the wagon and start doing the things I know I'm supposed to do!  (Oh, and making SURE I drink enough water!)

B - Yogurt
S - Omlette
L - 2oz chicken breast, 1oz cheese, crispbreads, mustard
S - Pudding cup
D - 4oz roasted pork, cauliflower
S - Protein Shake

Cardio - Treadmill Time

How's everyone else been these past few weeks?  Believe it or not, I've MISSED you guys!
  Day by Day.

Kellie - Glad you're back (officially or any way LOL)   we've missed you too!

This morning when I jumped on the scales they told me I only have .2 of a pound to go to reach my goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Considering I have been eating out everyday with friends since last Friday I think managing to lose at the same time is spectacular   Still have 5 eating out days to go.  Ugh!!!! but I WILL make good choices.  Tonight we're planning to eat at Ruby Tuesdays and I know what I want - bison burger (eat only the meat) and their mashed cauliflower.  Both are treats to me.   Thanks to BOTT POWER!

Exercise is some walking and 18 flights of stairs.

Here's to a fine BOTT day for us - one and all

Congrats HLB.

Roasted cauliflower is great too.  Break up the cauliflower on a cookie sheet, sprinkle w a little olive oil and parmesan cheese then pop in the oven until slightly brown.  Um Um Good.

mmm I love love LOVE brussels sprouts. They are so nummy with just a bit of cider vinegar on em. But then, I'm also a huge cabbage fan, so that may help matters.

I think the reason I want to like them is because they look like baby cabbages - it takes so little to give me joy   I just wish they tasted more like cabbage - but I guess if they tasted like cabbage, they would be cabbage.  .  (I haven't figured out a way to nuke them though )
