It's Saturday evening but some BOTTers may still sign on and those of us who are off and running tomorrow may want to post early - so here goes

CELEBRATIONS:
Made it through yesterday's Boss' Day luncheon and eating out last night with flying colors - in fact, my reward was a loss when I hopped on the scales - 2 pounds to go to goal  YEAH   Climbed 18 flights of steps!  (3 x 6 each) and some walking

CHALLENGES:
Make it through the rest of this evening until I go to bed without eating anything else.  And a biggie is to make it through breakfast tomorrow (Sunday) morning without overeating - our friends wanted to go to a magnificant Sunday bruch that one of our military bases has here.  (I have a plan, just need to stick with it)

EXERCISE:
Climb at least 12 flights of stairs with some walking

FOOD:
Don't have my food plan printed off but am keeping my calories below what I need to eat to lose 1 pounds a week.

Best Wishes Happy on the rest of the evening and tomorrow.  I also hope everyone else it doing well this weekend.

I am doing well considering my usual weekend.  I wanted to keep my calories around 1,052 but today I had 1,208.  However I am happy full and drinking liquids the rest of the night.  I followed my rules today.  Vitamins, protein, liquids and exercise. Five consistent days.  I am so happy.

I am on track and losing 1-2 pounds per week.  Perfect.  I feel 100% better - and I am finding new ways to cook every day!!

I am working today (as of 4am CT) but on vacation the rest of the week....fully intend to catch up on my reading, closing the pool, and generally just being lazy :)

I am so used to this protocol now that I am almost afraid to put anything that is not meat or vegetable in my mouth!  That's not such a bad thing...

Janelle - Isn't amazing how much we are creatures of habit?  The great thing is that now you are a creature of healthy habits   Meat and vegetables - those are good things.    You're doing a super BOTT job
