Calling Cathy - Calling Cathy
Good grief - how frustrating (and scary) it must to keep falling over in a heap and no one be able to find a reason.
I'm doing just fine - still working on P A T I E N C E. Frankly, I think it's way overrated!!!! LOL
I've lowered my goal by three pounds and am working on that - pigging out a couple of weeks ago didn't help that project at all! Am in "training" to be able to climb the stairs from the first floor to the 7th floor where I live when the elevator is out of commission from Nov 2 until at least Nov 30 - and possibly until Dec 15. Set myself back by being over zealous and pushing to hard - ended up aggravating my sciatica nerve and had to back off and start from scratch again. So, I'm being very cautious and not force myself to increase exercise. After the elevator is back running again, it is my intent to step up exercise again. (Don't you think I've come up with a marvelous excuse to let myself off the hook???? )
I'm so excited - I have an appointment next Wednesday with a cosmetic surgeon to have a "skin-ectomy" on thighs, middle and arms (not all at the same time, of course) Will have to mortgage my soul for a couple of years to pay for it - but at least I won't have floppy skin those two years!!!!!
That hits the high points of my life as it is today - tomorro, who knows?
Hope they are soon able to solve the mystery of your husband's vertigo - both for his sake and yours.
So good to hear from you!

Hi Happy,
You are so sweet and thoughtful. Thank you for your call out. I really appreciate it so much.
I've been around but been very busy with a splattering of overwhelm and a decent amount of burn out. It isn't that I haven't missed BOTTing here with all of you as I have - very much. I need to be my own coach and take my own advice as to self-care and nurture myself with the things that matter.
Thank you for being a BOTT but mostly for being a special person and friend. Cathy
