Good Moring BOTT family   Thank you for caring and sharing.   I'll keep this simple

CHALLENGES: 
Continue to condition my body to climb the condo stairs without aggravating my sciatica nerve - glad to report that seems to be going well  PATIENCE - for returning to goal weight (my new goal weight which is 3 pounds below my original goal weight) and PATIENCE - for the process of exploring cosmetic surgery (consultation appointment 1 week from today)

EXERCISE:
Climb at least 12 flights of stairs - no more than6 flights at one time with frequent pauses.  Some walking

FOOD:
B - Fage yogurt - 130 cal
      Health Wise peach mango fruit drink - 70 cal
S - HW choc drink - 80 cal
      HW hot choc - 80 cal
L - Chicken thigh - 120 cal
      Egg - 70 cal
     Kraft fat free miracle whip - 45 cal
     Finn Crisp crispbread - 40 cal
     HW choc drink - 80 cal
S -HW choc drink - 80 cal
D - HW cream of mushroom soup - 90 cal
      Pennsylvania Dutch mushroom stems & pieces - 60 cal
      HW choc drink - 80 cal


1025 cals               60g carbs               155g protein

Good Morning:

My challenge is to be consistent, fight the sugar urges and reach my goal.  I need to increase my exercise but my plans are to stay consistent this month and increase next month so I don't overwhelm myself and quit altogether.

Intake:

Breakfast - 2 cups of decaf coffee w/splenda, 2 soft boiled eggs

Lunch - Homemade soup, 8 crackers, 1 slice of cheese

V-8 juice, 1 qt of sugar free  drink, 2 oz liquid protein

Dinner - 4 oz cooked pork and 1/2 cup steamed cauliflower

Ride exercise bike 30 minutes.

Calories 1,139     -    Fats 47.0     -     Carbs 86     -     Protein 91

Good Morning everyone! It finally stopped snowing here and looks like we get a reprieve until Sunday, no fun to drive it but it gets me pumped for ski season to start. I was little frustrated with the Wii Fit last night. I did the same obstacle course over and over for 30 minutes and when I was done it said I only did 3 minutes and burned 13 calories, WTH? I'm pretty sure it was more than 13 calories since I had worked up a good sweat.

Cardio: Wii Fit Plus and treadmill
Food:

B-Egg Beaters w/cheese & turkey bacon
S-Turkey & cheese roll-ups
L-Turkey chili
S-Muscle Milk Light
D-Tacos w/o tortilla
S-Oh Yeah protein drink

1318 Calories, 52 Carbs 44 Fat, 153 Protein

Hey Sue, I'm here lol

Feeling really bad today so not really sure what I will be able to keep down. I plan on drinking LOTS of liquids and spending the day laying down. Good luck with the whole patience thing (remember the only way to gain patience is through testing), I am praying for you.

Bless you Wayne - God keeps presenting me with the most mavelous opportunities to learn patience!!!!

Do you need to go to the dr and be checked for swine flu?  That can be nasty stuff - don't mess around with it, - or with anything else that might be wrong.  Take good care of yourself, please!  I sure hope you get to feeling a whole lot better real real soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My schedule is may look funny since I work overnights.
Food:
B- Salad
L- Unjury Chocolate protein w/ skim milk
S- 15 Cheeze its ( I know its bad)
D- 1/2 Chicken breast
1 glass of  red wine, 4 bottles of water and 1 cranberry juice

I did 40 minutes of intervals on the treadmill. Usually I use to do more but I have a horrible kidney/bladder infection. I am getting back into exercise.
