I don't do nearly as good a job with this as others, but I need to sign in and be accountable and other's posts help me so much - so here goes:

Challenges:  Slow weight loss for being compliant & impatience for my cosmetic surgery consultation appointment next week

Exercise:  At least 12 flights of stairs (never more than 6 flights at once with frequent pauses) and some walking

Food:
B - Nature's Path instand hot oatmeal - Cinnamon, Blueberry & Flaxseed - 150 cal
      Health Wise choc drink - 80 cal
S - HW choc drink - 80 cal
      HW choc drink - 80 cal
L - Louis Rich turkey saus, Maveric ground buffalo, egg beaters, french cut green beans, mushrooms - 134 cal
     HW choc drink - 80 cal

S - HW choc drink - 80 cal

      Hw choc drink - 80 cal

D - Hw Veg Stew w beef meal - 180 cal

      HW choc drink - 80 cal

 

1024 cals               69g carbs               132g prot

Good Afternoon Happy, glad to see you started the thread. Been a busy day, lots to get done before I start traveling for work again and in the middle of it my son called and had to be taken to get swabbed for swine flu, so I am waiting for the results on that.

Cardio: Wii Fit Plus and 20 minutes on treadmill
Food:

B-Oatmeal w/TVP and soy milk
S-Turkey and cheese roll ups
L-Turkey Chili
S-Lt String Cheese
D-Tacos on Mission Low Carb Tortillas

Good Luck on your consult, I am so jealous! I am waiting to get the girls through college before I spend the money on my other "girls".

I'd say that all that combines to do just fine for STRESS  It looks as though there may be a few financial glitches along the way but will still be going for my consultation.

Hi Everyone - Glad to be BOTT

Started my morning with taking my vitamins and 10 minutes on my stationary bike
.
Breakfast
1 cup of green tea with truvia
2 soft boiled eggs

Lunch
1 cup of coffee w/creamer and splenda
6 triscuit crackers, 2 slices of cheese and 1 slice hard salami
5 cauliflower flowerettes and a spoonful of guacomole

Dinner
4 oz pork roast
1/2 cup fresh green beans

30 minutes on the treadmill and  a protein drink

I will get my liquids in before bed time, planning on 1 q****er, 1 qt sugarfree tea.

I am finally back at a point where I can start doing this again.  So glad to see the thread.

Exercise:  30 mins on treadmill; 15 mins of strength exercises

Food:

B -- Missed it (bad, I know!)

L -- Salad, three pieces of a cheese quesadilla

S -- Organic cheese puffs

D -- TBD
