Challenges: Slow weight loss for being compliant & impatience for my cosmetic surgery consultation appointment next week
Exercise: At least 12 flights of stairs (never more than 6 flights at once with frequent pauses) and some walking

L-Turkey Chili

D-Tacos on Mission Low Carb Tortillas

Hi Everyone - Glad to be BOTT
Started my morning with taking my vitamins and 10 minutes on my stationary bike

Breakfast
1 cup of green tea with truvia
2 soft boiled eggs
Lunch
1 cup of coffee w/creamer and splenda
6 triscuit crackers, 2 slices of cheese and 1 slice hard salami
5 cauliflower flowerettes and a spoonful of guacomole
Dinner
4 oz pork roast
1/2 cup fresh green beans
30 minutes on the treadmill and a protein drink
I will get my liquids in before bed time, planning on 1 q****er, 1 qt sugarfree tea.

I am finally back at a point where I can start doing this again. So glad to see the thread.
