Wii Fit Plus

Well, yesterday was my first day on the Wii Fit Plus. I finally caught up with the rest of the world and bought a Wii a couple of weeks ago. By the end of my session it had informed me I was overweight (duh!), unbalanced and uncoordinated. I did do very well at the yoga, but I know I can't lose weight by yoga alone.

Am I discouraged? No, it only means I nowhere to go but up and get better balanced and coordinated from here.  What's your take? Does anyone else use the Wii for exercise?

I used to use WiiFit everyday but I've gotten out of the habit - I got sidetracked when I went for more of the "reality" exercise things instead of the cartoon characters on the simple WiiFit program.  That was a big mistake - with the cartoons I was enterained and exercise was fun.  With the reality diagraming exercise was no longer fun it was drudgery and work.  I, too, am unbalanced  and I can't even do the yoga.  But I was working on my balance and on some of the calorie burning exercises.  And, it delighted the child in me to get my stamp everyday.  (It takes so little to delight me)  Thanks for your post, it is inspiring me to maybe get my act together and get back on the program I enjoy and not tell myself I need to do more "serious" exercising.

Hi Jennifer,

I don't have one either...and feel really out out of touch.  I hope to get one for Christmas so keep us posted on your review of it.

Take care,
Kathy
