Back On Track Together
New Start
Today I read the information about why BOTT exist and the things required to stay on track, i.e. journaling, exercising, eating correctly, taking my vitamins, protein first and drinking water. Unfortunately I tried to cut out most of these things and still be successful. It did not happen. It has taken gaining 20 lbs to help me back to reality. I only needed to lose 30 to reach my goal, now its 50. I know that getting back on track I will succeed.

I too am new to this board but hope to get my stuff together. I am 6 pounds up and I want to stop it NOW before I am mad at myself. I know what I am doing wrong....eating those sweets that I buy for my husband. I drink my water and get my protein in (at least 50 grams a day) but it is the sweets/carbs that get me. I have to get a grip on my eating habits. I quit exercising and just can't get back into. None of my friends seem to understand....they say "well, just eat right or just start exercising" but I just can't do it.
You have done so well. Be proud of yourself You hit the nail on the head - your friends DON'T understand - but you know what, you understand and that's *****ally counts. You are so wise getting back on track now - not 30 pounds from now.
