Monday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe

Good Morning BOTT family - Hope you had a fine weekend and are all ready to go this morning    (Well, at least that you had a fine weekend LOL)

The scales are beginning to creep down this morning after my mega pig out 2 weeks ago.  I will remember this the next time I'm tempted to get off track - it has NEVER before taken this long for the scales to reflect compliance.

I continue to be cautious in increasing my exercise for fear of irritating my sciatica nerve.  I leave for a week Oct 28 and the elevator goes down for rejuvination Nov 2 - until Nov 20 at least, and perhaps as long as until Dec 15.  Since I live on the 7th floor, I don't want to do anything to jeapordize my ability to climb the stairs while I have no elevator.

FOOD:
B - Health Wise choc drink - 80 cal
      Instone choc pudding - 100 cal
S - Old Wisconsin Turkey Snack Bites - 90 cal
      HW choc drink - 80 cal
L - HW Honey pork & potatoes meal - 180 cal
     HW choc drink - 80 cal
S - HW choc drink - 80 cal
      HW choc drink - 80 cal
D - Egg beaters original - 120 cal
       Hormel real crumbled bacon - 50 cal
       Boar's Head Sweet Vidalia Onions in sauce - 10 cal
       HW choc drink - 80 cal

1030 cal               51g carbs               161g protein

Well I'm new to the BOTT board, but am really quite glad to see you guys here... I remember when I was so excited as a new post op that I was vigorous with my nutrition... now I've got to really press myself to do it... so here it is... holding myself accountable:

B: Boiled egg with salt & pepper (my favorite breakfast)
S: 1 oz roasted almonds
L: 3 oz each fajita steak & black beans (no tortilla!!) with a little pico, cheese, & extra jalepenos
D: Left overs from lunch :)

Exercise tonight... Belly Dancing class :)

WELCOME!   I'm so glad you've chosen to join us.     We've all been there and done that or we wouldn't be here.  Actually, it's kind of unrealistic to think that for the next 100 years we will NEVER get off track.   After all, we're human and humans aren't perfect, they make mistakes.  I know being human can be a big inconvenience, but we're more or less stuck with it LOL

Hope you find this site as helpful as I have.  I know beyond a doubt that I could never have gotten back/stayed on track without their caring, understanding, acceptance and support.

Again, Welcome!  If you're comfortable, post often and allow us to share your journey.  You're off and running toward your goal weight and it is SO GOOD to remember the excitedment, reasons, and dedication you KNEW at first - they are all still there, just tap into them.

Hi there, time for me to get back to logging and posting. The scale was not nice this morning and I have been letting lots of stressful things in my life get to me and I have been using food to soothe (big mistake). So, here is todays damage:

Cardio: Wii Fit

B-Double fiber english muffin w/Egg Beaters, turkey bacon & cheese
S-Turkey & swiss rollups
L-Turkey chili
S-Lt. string cheese & edamame
D-Sloppy Joe on sandwich thin & salad
S-Muscle Milk Light

1287 Calories, 100 Carbs (62 Net), 42 Fat, 126 Protein

Jennifer - It's good to have you back!   I'm glad you're going to be posting again.  For me, not posting means I'm trying to hide from myself and it helps me to post and see that BOTTers understand, accept, and care.
