Monday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe
Good Morning BOTT family - Hope you had a fine weekend and are all ready to go this morning (Well, at least that you had a fine weekend LOL)
The scales are beginning to creep down this morning after my mega pig out 2 weeks ago. I will remember this the next time I'm tempted to get off track - it has NEVER before taken this long for the scales to reflect compliance.
I continue to be cautious in increasing my exercise for fear of irritating my sciatica nerve. I leave for a week Oct 28 and the elevator goes down for rejuvination Nov 2 - until Nov 20 at least, and perhaps as long as until Dec 15. Since I live on the 7th floor, I don't want to do anything to jeapordize my ability to climb the stairs while I have no elevator.

Well I'm new to the BOTT board, but am really quite glad to see you guys here... I remember when I was so excited as a new post op that I was vigorous with my nutrition... now I've got to really press myself to do it... so here it is... holding myself accountable:
B: Boiled egg with salt & pepper (my favorite breakfast)
S: 1 oz roasted almonds
L: 3 oz each fajita steak & black beans (no tortilla!!) with a little pico, cheese, & extra jalepenos
D: Left overs from lunch :)
Exercise tonight... Belly Dancing class :)
WELCOME! I'm so glad you've chosen to join us. We've all been there and done that or we wouldn't be here. Actually, it's kind of unrealistic to think that for the next 100 years we will NEVER get off track. After all, we're human and humans aren't perfect, they make mistakes. I know being human can be a big inconvenience, but we're more or less stuck with it LOL

Hi there, time for me to get back to logging and posting. The scale was not nice this morning and I have been letting lots of stressful things in my life get to me and I have been using food to soothe (big mistake). So, here is todays damage:

S-Lt. string cheese & edamame
D-Sloppy Joe on sandwich thin & salad
