want to say thank you for all your help, its good to know i am not the only one out there, even tho when i am at Price Club and everyone is eating those hot dogs I just want to take one out of there hands and eat it, sounds crazy i know, and its always the thin girl eating too.lol I will take control of this..

Look for turkey hot dogs - or buffalo hot dogs - there are several relatively low hot dog choices available in most chain grocery stores.  We  don't have to give up foods - just look for low calorie, high protein, low carb varieties.  Unfortunately, it is totally irrelevant what other folks eat, it is OUR body we have to listen to and take care of.  Sometimes all I can say to myself is grrrrrrrrr  LOL

I don't think its the Hot dog per say I think its just me wanting what i want... thank for the tip.... I just love knowing i am not the only one out there.

When those times come for me (Oooooohhh and they do) I chant my mantra for myself and have a bunch of water.

"Just gotta want it" (sip) "Just gotta want it" (sip) "Just gotta want it"

It may sound wierd, but it helps me get through those moments and I feel so much better about myself when that moment passes. It motivates me when I accomplish these little things, and it mhelps me believe the big goals are possible. You just have to want it bad enough to keep trying.

I bet people see you and think that you are the thin girl they want to be and 'I bet she's never had to worry about what she eats', type thing!!!

But I know what you mean - I'm in one of those funks right now - if it's not nailed down my head wants to eat it.  I've seen the advice re cold water and think I'll try that, plus we have to take it one moment at a time.

We'll get through this and retrain our minds.

well i never really lost as much as i wanted, I started out 402 only got down two 225 and have been really struggleing to keep that off. but you know it is hard and if i quit trying i will only go back up and be even higher. so thank for the advice just love it... helps me alot.
