Happy Hump Day, BOTTers!

I'm glad its half way through this week. It was kind of a rotten morning today, pouring rain, terrible traffic from multiple accidents, a bunch of other little things needling at me. On top of that, I'm still fighting my dehydration. I did very well yesterday and drank tons of water, but I need to keep it up today to nip this in the bud before it becomes a worse problem. Today I'm dedicating to heavy water and heavy protein, light on the carbs. I figure if I keep changing up my intake, my body will start burning the right way again and I will fuel its needs as I go. The scale started moving back down again this morning from my water retention, which was a pleasure to see. Just gotta keep on it!

Cardio - I hope to hit the track, but the rain and gloom may keep me inside and I'll have to suppliment with something else

Food -
B - Egg beaters egg whites omlette stuffed with 1 laughing cow wedge. AWESOME!
S - Yoplait Delight Parfait caramel creme
L - Left over pot roast n gravy, Seapoint edamame soybeans
S - 2 WW string cheeses
D - Not sure what's in store. Will try to stick to protein and low carb though.

Yesterday was an easy BOTT day - today it's taking a bit more effort - but, I'M DOING IT!!!  I was able to walk up the stairs from the 1st floor to the 7th by taking it very slow and easy.  That pleased me for it isn't too long (Nov 2****il riding the elevator won't be a choice.

So....today is dedicated to following my food plan and climbing stairs.  Fortunately I don't have a demanding week of things I have to do after work so I'm giving myself permission to just take it easy.  My checkbook looks like an elephant has stepped on it so shopping is OUT.  Hate that, but reality is reality and I have my sights set on some plastic surgery so have to hoard my pennies (nickles, dimes, quarters and folidng money as well!!!) if I'm going to be able to pull that off.

So - have a fine BOTT day one and all and I'll see you tomorrow

Hello BOTT Family,
Hope everyone is doing okay.  Glad to see you on the board Happy, I've been meaning to send
you a PM.  Wanted to asks you if you use Health Smart products or something else. Getting ready to get down to creating some SERIOUS meal plans for staying on track.  I like warm things in the winter since I stay so COLD, and I see they have hot chocolate and soups that would be more useful to our program than Healthy Choice.  I'm glad to see you're up and moving around...seven flights sounds good to me!

My eating for the past few days has been kind of out of whack. I've been running here and their trying to get some things packed.  Things I want to take don't fit and my damn sexy shoes are too big!  Replenishing my wardrobe a little at a time. Going to Las Vegas on Friday...so hope I can stay on track as much as possible.
