Morning BOTTers!

Neat-o. I think I broke OH with my other post. I've reported the error codes to OH, so hopefully they can delete the faulty thread. Cool though! I like breaking things!

Monday is OVA. thankfully. One more day closer to the weekend. I think I'm still recouping from last weeked. I'm retaining water like nobody's business (wierd, because I never retain water), so I think I'm challenging myself to drink twice my normal water rations today to try to get things evened out. I think its dehydration, so that should help.

My mom had me check out this neat website last night, and I think you all should have a looksee at it. Its a guide to training to run a 5K. It takes you over the course of several weeks training in different fashions to be able to build the stamina to run 3 miles without stopping (aka, a marathon) I think its pretty neat and she and I plan to begin the courses tonight. Its www.coolrunning.com for anyone interested.

Cardio - Get back on that track, sweat some of this water out. Start 5K training tonight

Food -
B - 2 slices light wheat wonder bread, toasted with ICBINB
S - Tuna on triscuits
L - Peppered beef jerkey, 1/2 cup seapoint edamame
S - Tuna on triscuits, Jacks Links peppered beef jerkey
D - Pot roast, onions and taters, which I might nix.

Whoa Sion - Three miles is not a maratho, a marathon is 26.2 miles, 10K is 6.2 miles,  But, hey, whatever the distance GO FOR IT!!!!

I made it through yesterday with a perfect BOTT day.  And, thankfully, I was rewarded with a loss of some of the weight I gained on my mega pigout.  I am concentrating my exercise on stair climbing as Nov 2 is when my elevator is scheduled to go down for upgrading and the process is supposed to take 6 weeks (I'll believe it when I see the elevator really functional again).  Yesterday I climbed on flight at work, then when I went home I climbed from the first to the third floor, rode the elevator from 3rd to 5th floor and climbed from 5th to 7th floor.  Am trying to take it slow so I don't strain my sciatica nerve and not be able to climb at all - don't have the time for that!!!!!!!  This morning I climbed two flights (at once) will climb on more flight here at work, then the 1-3/5-7 when I get home.

So.....committing to a BOTT food day (calories = to what I need to consume at today's weight to lose 1 lb/wk) and my stair climbing plan.

See you all tomorrow.

Oh, a mini-marathon then. We have 5K "Marathon" walk-a-thons here for fundraisers alot, so the term kinda sticks.
