I need to commit to a BOTT day before I do anything more.  I got off track Thursday evening about as  bad and as long as I have for a long long time.  I ate everything in sight (and looked around to find what wasn't in sight), I did not walk or climb stairs, I didn't take my vitamins, calcium (did take my B12), nor laxatives. And didn't post here.  Can hardly think of any other ways to get off track!!!!  But today, I'm happy to say, I'm back where I belong and THINKING straight.

so, today I'm drawing heavily on BOTT POWER!  This morning I have eaten BOTT food, taken ALL of my vitamins and laxatives (will have my calcium later - don't take it with vitamins due to iron blocking uptake of calcium), did a little walking and climbed one flight of stairs.

I commit to BOTT food - and ONLY BOTT food - for the rest of the day.  Aspire to more walking and stair climbing, but am not committing - one BOTT goal commitment at a time and today that's BOTT food.

Have a fine day one and all.

Its alright, Happy. Thursday is over, the weekend is past, and you can get back on track! Good for you, taking advantage of today and re-dedicating and ensuring you got all your suppliments in.

I had a wonderful time this weekend at the FAIRE! I feel like I ran a marathon, I must have walked miles and miles in about 10 lbs of velvet, a corsette and ballet slippers on rocks/mud. That's a work-out in and of itself. On top of that, I only ate turkey leg and clam chowder, although I did indulge in a few hard apple ciders. However when I got home, and ensured to rehydrate and slept like the dead.... the scale hadn't moved when I jummped on this morning. so I'm extremely satisfied. I had a wonderful, wonderful day, as did DH and my group who accompanied us.

Cardio - Might rest just for today, I am exhausted from yesterday.

Food -
B - Egg beaters and shredded cheddar cheese
S - Coffee, one of those new Yoplait  Delights Parfait.
L - Garlic chicken n spinach "Smart Ones" meal
S - WW string cheese
D - Slice of philly cheese pizza
