WHEW...I need some accountability!
I have hit the stage of weight loss where everyone says you look great and complacency kicks in! I still have 40lbs to lose! As of this second i will:
EXERCISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I must remember how good it feels to move!
NO GRAZING. Period. Once I am full, there's no going back in 20mins to finish my plate!
VITAMINS. Hello? I know I need them!
WATER. A Must!
PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN. I see results when I up my protein.
OK. I can do this.
