Sunday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe`

I'm BAAAAAAACK! 

Hope everyone has been well during my away time.  (I'm trying to catch up on everything that happened - ya'll have been BUSY!)    We got home from Wyoming last night, and I'm pleased to say that the scale LOVED me.  After a week away, and a medical issue on the way to the trip (dang kidney stones), purposely not planning every day, but still making wise decisions, I come home, and I'm 2 pounds down from my lowest, but 8 down total. (IV's SUCK!)  

My plan for the day -
B - Yogurt and Cereal
S - Cheese Stick
L - Chicken Salad and Crisp Breads
S - Apple and PB2
D - Lasagna and a salad
S - Protein Shake

Cardio - Walking and playing with my puppy who's been at 'camp' all week! 

I missed you guys - and I'm so glad to be back!
