Friday - BOTT Cardio and Café
Ittttts FRIDAY! AOOOOOGA! 7 short hours and it will be the weekend! Yaaaay!
Looks like I get Saturday all day and all night to me. That's pretty sweet. Gives me time to get everything prepped up and ready for Sunday, when we go to the FAIRE! (no, I'm not excited at all)
On top of that, I lost another LB this week! I had wanted to get UNDER 170, but I'll take 170 even and keep working hard. I feel so good and am so proud of myself, I really am. I've completely changed my eating/exercise habbits and I don't feel deprived or unhappy with it. I'm getting very comfortable and I even think my pouch is shrinking back to the right size. My portion sizes are smaller... or at least, I'm eating until I don't feel hungry, rather than eating till I'm overfull. All is good.
Cardio - Hit the track, work HARD for that 11 minute mile
Food -
B - About 4 spoonfulls of dirty rice
S - Arnold sandwich bread, 50% reduced fat cheddar and a black bean burger (breakfast sammich sorta deal)
L - Either Turkey chilli if they have any left, or baked sole.
S - Soup of some kind, Chowder? Chicken? Depends on what's there
D - Could be left over night, there's still half a lasagna.
