Happy Thursday! One more day to go!
I got creative this morning. My mom and I saw a commertial last night about stuffed french toast. She looked at me, perplexed. I told her this must be an omen and I saw a show the other day on Food TV showing PB and banana stuffed french toast, and showed how to make it. I said I'd wake up early this morning and make us both some. She didn't believe me!
Well, this morning, I got up early, started cooking while she was getting ready and surprised her with PB and Banana french toast on Wonder light wheat, made with egg beaters and cinnamon coating, topped with SF Mrs Butterworth's. TO DIE FOR!!!! Mouth wateringly deli**** was like cake, or bananas foster, or something so sinful it shouldn't be legal for post-ops. And what's more?... I did the math. It was only 168 calories, 23 carbs, 7 fat and 7 protein, 4 fiber. Let me know if anyone wants the recipe, I'll be glad to share!
Cardio - Hit the track. I'm up to 5.5 MPH, doing 2 miles in 22 minutes! On GRAVEL!

B - French toasted Elvis
S - Arnold sandwich thin with 50% reduced fat jalopeno cheddar
L - Turkey chilli
S - Not sure? Maybe save some chilli for this.
D - Lasagna
