Wednesday - BOTT Cardio and Café

Morning BOTTers!

Well my day started out interestingly. I walked into work, heated up my mugglette, and the fire alarm went off! Just a drill, but I was torn! Which do I bring out with me, coffee or mugglette? I brought the mugglette since my coffee was on a warmer. I made it with Egg Beater's 100% egg whites and some shredded cheddar cheese. Came out good, but something about egg beaters is odd. They're kind of watery. I wonder if I just didn't cook them long enough? I don't know, I'll try the normal egg beaters next time and see what happens. I also was smart enough to use PAM on the cup this morning, so no sticking egg.

I'm cutting far back on carbs and increasing my water big time today, just for fun. We'll see if it works out. Keeping carbs under 40 today, less if I can!

Cardio - Hit the track, walk the pooch

Food -
B - Egg beaters and cheese
S - Tuna salad and wheat thins flat bread
L - Left over greek chicken, broccoli
S - Laughing cow cheese, wheat thins big thins
D - Mom's making dirty rice and ground beef. I'll see about something higher protein, since I don't want the carbs!

36 lbs from goal!

Still de-carbing and cutting back on calories.  Refigured my appropriate calorie intake from maintaining my new goal weight (but am 3 pounds away from goal weight now) to losing 1 pound wk at my current wt.  I assumed (and you know what happens when you assume LOL) that calories to maintain a lower weight would do just fine to lose to get down to that weight WRONG - so now I'm basing my calories on what I need to eat to lose those 3 pounds.  This automatically cuts my carbs way down.  We'll see how that goes.  I'm also increasing my stair climbing and walking.  Hopefully I'll get "unstuck" from my old goal weight and zoom (well, maybe not ZOOM, but at least creep) down to my new goal weight.
