Hey Everyone 

Baby it's cold outside...fall had come with a bang    I am putting on the crock pot for chili as I type this.

Eating for today will be tough as my DH has to go to the hospital for some tests, stay back stress eating  and I will be walking the halls for my cardio 

Breakfast
Oatmeal with Whey Protein
Snack
Apple with LF peanut butter
Lunch
Protein smoothie
Snack
Yogurt
Dinner
Chili

Glad to see you about, even though I know stress can be MAJOR high when tests have to be done. I wish you and DH well.

Weyllll looks like we may be going to KING RICHARD'S FAIRE (click me!) this weekend!!! That's right, geeking out in renaissance costumes, drinking mead and eating huge turkey legs and watching bar wenches sing shanties and watching sexy men in KILTS fall off their horses while jousting....  eheh... Yes.. I live for this stuff. It stinks its only for 10 weekends a year, but I love it so....

Cardio - Walked the track this morning, hope to this afternoon, walk the poochie tonight

Food -
B - 3 oz baked white fish
S - Some beef stew
L - Last of the left over shrimp and veggies
S - Apple slices
D - Greek chicken with Feta

Kathy - hope all goes well with your husband's tests - but at the same time, hope they find the problems so they can "fix" it.   

Sion - Why you sly little wench - off for a weekend of fun Fun FUN.  Whee

Ok - here's my plan - going to de-carb myself today and develop a plan.  Think my problem yesterday was gathering good information BUT from a variety of sources.  I had disconnected and totally ignored that I had had blood work done and saw my surgeon the first of September and all was well with what I had been doing.  Pretty much I was trying to fix what wasn't broken in an effort to do maintenance PERFECTLY.  (will that wretched monster never ever go away????? )

Exercise will be walking and stair climbing as sciatica nerve allows. 

I feel so much better now that I have a plan.  Still have to figure out how to have my Arctic Zone peanut butter ice cream fix but that's doable.  Thank goodness for BOTT POWER

Hi Kathy,

I'm new in the Group and I love reading your Information Postings, but I don't know what some of the abv. are. Is there a place where I can fined a abv. key?

Also I have been off treac for the past 6mos. and am now getting back on track. I've cleaned out all the junk and I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow.  What are the best things I can get for the money for at least two weeks? I'm retired and live on a fixed income. I already have Whey Protine Powder.

Any help you can give would be great.
