Thanksgiving Pledge - Sub Challenge - Week 4
Well, BOTTers! Here we are, comming to the end of our first month of our 83 day Thanksgiving challenge!
I've decided this week is going to be a little different. Rather than me giving you some different, easy exercises to do in your spare time, I want you instead to do a little reflection! I don't want a school book report or anything, but I do want you to take a few minutes of internal searching/reflection.
What have you done differently over the last 3 weeks to really make an extra effort for your pledge? How does this make you feel? Could you have done more? Did you want to? If so, how can you make changes to get that little bit more in?
Are you eating better than before your pledge? Have you tried some of the new recipes others have posted over the last 3 weeks? Have you created some of your own? What are your favorites? More importantly, what were the blunders and why? How can you fix them?
Finally, how do YOU feel? Are you noticing any changes, differences in your physical or mental being? Are your pants a little looser, or is that scale going down? Do you see any changes in the mirror, or has anyone mentioned changes to you? Do you feel more happy? More energetic? More tired? More flexible or stronger? Do you feel like this is going to happen?
