Question for Cathy/Kathy

First things first. Now I'm not trying to rain on your parade, or replace anyone in any way... I am very curious, however. How does one become a "Group Leader" or "Group Moderator" on OH? Do they have "Group Cheerleader" positons available?  

 I ask half in jest, but how does one get into such a situation to be 'employed' by OH (if that's what its called). I do spend a lot of time (like all fricken day ) on OH, and after poking around many different boards, the curiousity piqued. Is it an involved process? Are there screenings and tests and requirements?

There are no positions open at OH at this time.  But you can become a local support group leader.  OH has classes you attend and once you get your certification you can become a local group leader.  Group leaders is Cathy's area so email her at [email protected] and she can assist  you.
