Wednesday - BOTT Cardio and Café

Ahoy hoy, BOTTer's

Its pretty impressive, how the weather man can be so wrong and still get paid!! Sunny, warm and patchy clouds. HAH. Its warm, but cloudy, humid, and obviously going to rain at some point today. Maybe NE weather is just so unpredictable that they can't help themselves. Dad was right, I shoulda been a Weather girl, then I could get paid to be right about things only 30% of the time. hehe.

So I'm extra excited that I've lost 2 more lbs. I must be doing something right, so whatever it is, I'm going to keep doing it!

Cardio - Walk the poochie tonight. Lets see if he can survive 2 miles today.

Food -
B - 2 Wheat Thin flat bread crackers with tuna salad
S - Chobani, Banana and strawberry smoothie, WW string cheese
L - Left over cube steak with mushrooms n onion, broccoli
S - Left over pork boneless spare ribs
D - Again, no idea what mom might have in mind.

When I worked at the prison I was talking to one of the officers about his son lying - he said he told his son he was going to have to quit lying - did he want to grow up to be a weather man? LOL

I thought this maintenance journey was going to be a physical one - WRONG it is a head one.  (Don't know why that should suprise me - all the rest of this has been a head thing) LOL

EXERCISE:
Am increasing my walking steps and fighting the temptation to climb 3 flights of stairs because climing 2 flights has not left me in pain.  It's called P A T I E N C E.  That's how I got in trouble with pain the last time - pushing too much too soon.  So, I will walk a bit more today and WILL NOT climb any more stairs (have already climbed 2 flights - not at the same time yet.)

FOOD:
B - Arctic zone choc peanut butter ice cream - 128 cal
Health Wise choc drink - 80 cal
S - Bariatrix choc soy snacks - 150 cal
HW choc drink - 80 cal
L - Health Valley lentil soup - 260 cal
Kavli crispy think crispbread - 50 cal
HW choc drink - 80 cal
S - Kay's Natural cinnamon toast pretzels - 180 cal
D - Sunsweet pitted prunes - 100 cal
HW honey pork meal - 180 cal
HW choc drink - 80 cal

1518 cal          200g carb          152g protein

I'm off and running and having a fine BOTT day.

I wish you all peace and joy

Hello BOTT Family,

It's HUMP Day, I hit a bump in the road and fell off the wagon...and hit my stupid little head!   I'm so pissed off at myself because I was really doing well! My meal plan was so messed up today I'm not even going to post it!  Back on Track tomorrow!

Baaahhhhh, bad day in a week of good ones does not a failure make! At least... that's what Yoda would say. If he were real. And had WLS. (let me live the dream, okay!)

I know I strayed slightly from my plan as well, but its okay because I can get back on track right NOW. Chug some water with me, here's to BOTTing!

Hi All,

Been hard today but so far so good.  I haven’t had enough protein yet so I’ll have to get something in.  I’m pretty close on my 1000-calorie limit.  Lesson learned (yes, again), plan ahead rather then record as you go.  I would have replaced a couple things with lower calorie item.

Grandson coming tonight to spend the weekend.  He loves popcorn as much as I do.

DaisyMae - I've learned I simply can't be on track if I don't plan ahead at least one day and I really do better if I plan ahead 3 days - gives me time to think it over and rework my plan if I want to.  I've found LiveStrong.com/thedailyplate/user/ to be invaluable to my planing.

Good luck - you're doing great
