I thought I sent this message earlier - but can't find it so will rewrite it and see what happens this time.

Thanks so much for the Zip n' Steam site - Last night after my support group left the meeting and I was free to leave, I stopped by Publix - I can't believe it, Publix that ALWAYS has what I want when no other grocery does, did not have the bags and the customer support person looked very perplexed when I asked her about them (Think the daytime staff may be a bit more on the ball since their manager is there) but she did say she would order them. (Whether I get a call when they come in is another issue entirely)

Not to be thwarted in my quest, I stopped at Winn Dixie too and lo and behold - they had both the medium and large sized pkgs of bags.  Plunked a pkg of mediums in my cart (excuse me, in the South it isn't a cart - it's a buggy) and plan to have myself one fine NUKED omelet tomorrow!!!!

Hope Zip Lock keeps putting out micrwave recipes for folks like me   All is right with the world LOL

Glad to be of service, Dear Happy! Have you checked out those "Mugglettes" omelettes as well? I figure you have some laughing cow cheese hanging about and some egg beaters in the fridge. I plan to try those too, as soon as mum orders the next PeaPod shopping order!

PeaPod is the Stop and Shop mobile shopping delivery service. you go online, order your groceries, pay via credit card online... and its delivered within a day or two, at a time and date you specify. She likes it better than the hassle of going to the busy grocery stores.

You are going to LOVE these. They're little omelettes made in the nuker, in a nuke-safe mug. All kinds if ideas on this site. Get creative, I'm sure you can come up with some way better recipes than are here.

Its true, the moment I saw these I instantly thought of you. But still, its a great way for anyone to have a fast, easy, healthy, and even on-the-go breakfast! There are many nuke-safe mugs out there that have covers, which allow for easy toting.

For example, The Magic Bullet cups are microwave safe. Imagine, throw the egg beaters, laughing cow wedge whole, a few dabs of spinach, a piece of bacon whole... and buzzbuzzbuzz... mixed. Toss it in the nuker... DONE. Throw on the screw-on sealer cover, and blammo. 3 minute HEALTHY breakfast on the run.

I'm going to pass the buck to my mom on this one, because she made a shake with greek yogurt the other day on the Magic Bullet, which I completely forgot we had. I started making the shakes to go with the seal cap, and then wondered what ELSE I could make with them. All the mugs and covers are dishwasher and microwave safe, so there was absolutely no reason why I couldn't start making to-go breakfasts and lunches in my MB cups, seal em up, crack em a few hours later at work, throw them in the microwave and voila.

Magic Bullet = GREATEST invention evAR.
