Sunday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe`
A little over halfway through September - hope everyone is doing well with their goals for the month! I had a few days where I struggled, but for the most part, I'm doing pretty well. I'm getting ready for our vacation next week (we're going to Wyoming to visit family and go to Yellowstone). In order to make sure I can stay BOTT while out there, I'm packing a box of protein, shelf stable milk, and some other things to make sure I have what I need out there - we're also going to be going grocery shopping and keeping a cooler in the car for lunches and breakfasts - not only to save money, but to help me stay on track. (YAY!)
Sunday's going to be a busy day - lots of housework to get done before we go - so that's probably most of my cardio for the day - but I am going to hit the gym to walk on the treadmill for a bit too.
Food -
B - Scrambled Eggs and Cheese
S - Banana Protein Shake
L - Chicken Salad and LC Tortilla
S - Low Carb Yogurt
D - Hanger Steak and steamed veggies
S - Apple and fit nuts.

Hello BOTT Family,
I don't know what's wrong with me, but my son thinks I CRAZY! I literally started out last night lying across the bed in my clothes watching television doing which I fell asleep. Sometime during the night while I was still sleep I proceeded to undress and change into my night clothes. The funny thing about the whole thing is I don't remember doing any of it and I was in a frenzy this morning trying to find my jewelry and my eye glasses...yes I slept in them also. There's a first time for everything! I think they call it sleep walking! Good thing I didn't decide to go outside...I think the cold air would have waken me up. Its a little chilly here in Philadelphia!
I didn't stay quite on track yesterday...I didn't take enough food to work with me because I wasn't suppose to work the whole day. I ended up ordering a small Spinach topped Pizza from Papa John's which I shared with my sister. How much did I eat? Three small slices. I am working today, but I will be better prepared food wise.

CARDIO: Walking 2 miles from the parking lot to the stadium!!

B - 1/4 IHOP spinach and mushroom omelette (DH took me to breakfast!)
L - Tuna and Egg Salad/Boiled Egg
D - Whatever I can find to eat at the stadium and BEER!!
