Wednesday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe
Did you send your alligators my way? Heck, it started before I walked in the office today! (Holy cow!)
Cardio - Walking (Although, if I could count all the time I spend chasing my tail at the office, I'd be a size 8 already!)
Meals
B - protein shake
S - Yogurt and Cereal
L - Chicken Salad and crisp breads (2)
s - Fruit
D - Pinwheel and mashed cauliflower
S - Protein shake

Morning!
So this is 'spirit work' at work, and each day has a theme. So today, its "dress your best" day. While I wasn't going to dress up, this morning I decided I might as well take the opprotunity to wear all my chainmaile bling, so threw on a floor length black velvet evening gown and all my jewlery. I think I look pretty darn good. Hair's in a french twist, and I'm wearing strappy sandals.
Well I get into work today... an NO one is dressed up. Everyone's just in normal jeans. I'm the only one who dressed up! heh, oh well. I still think I look nice. And its my prom dress from 10th grade, and it STILL fits me (its even a little big). So I'm not complaining. I love velvet.
Cardio - Not doing the track in THIS get-up, so walk the poochie tonight
Food -
B - 1/2 omlette sammich
S - other half
L - Not sure, don't like the cafeteria offerings, might go out and get something
S - Apple slices
D - Left over corned beef and cabbage.

Wow Sion - I'm so glad you dressed up - you are the STAR!!!! (no more than you deserve - 10th grade? I'm impressed) Good for you!!!!
I'm not exactly having an alligator day - but I'm sure having a "down" day. I'd like to just crawl under my desk and suck my thumb Not sure exactly why (paratly because every time I increase my exercise even a tiny bit, my sciatica nerve complains) but just know my only option is to just keep going, not eat (don't even want to which is certainly strange) goofy, and get on with my day. Tomorrow will undoubtedly be better. (Looked for a "blah" face but didn't really find one)
This is my 1250 calorie day on my way to 1500. Weighed in at goal weight this morning (why does 1 pound up seem like a lot to me and one pound down seem so little?) but don't think that has anything to do with my "down" feelings as I felt fine until about 2 hours ago. I'll just have to run on BOTT POWER today.
