Thankgiving Pledge - Sub challenge Week 2!
I grew up taking ballet as well. I love ballet. It makes you feel so long of limb and graceful, like a gazelle or deer.
Ever wonder where dancers get those great thighs and butts, folks? THESE sorts of exercises. Repeated over and over and over and OVER... half of the hour's lessons was dedicated to the bar doing plie, leg lifts (front, side, back, side, front... etc), and a TON of stretching. I forget how great it feels, though. Gets the blood flowing.
