Monday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe
Well well WELL, do I feel amazingly awesome. I had a great weekend, I'm bruised and sore and tired, and I feel like I got my eating in order. I ate very small meals while exerting A LOT of energy, and I think its going to help me listen more to my body than my head when it comes to hunger and satiation. Lets see if it sticks, but I fee good, and even if I am sore as all heck, I plan to keep up with some walking/jogging and pushing my body more today. Its going to hurt, its going to feel uncomfortable, I'm going to want to stop. But eventually, my body will adjust and adapt. And that's when I'll really start seeing and feeling the changes take place.
Cardio - Hit the track, jog tonight.
Food -
B - 2 slices WW whole wheat bread, 1 tbs PB
S - Water and coffee. Maybe some sunchips if I feel the need. Don't expect to.
L - Left over spicy shirmp and veggie, pork fried rice
S - Apple slices
D - Spaghetti and sausages in red sauce

1150 calories on my way to 1500 Walking & maybe climb l flight of stairs
Ate carefully over the weekend while my granddaughter and he husband were here. A real challenge because we ate out a lot and I could not be sure how many calories I was eating but must have done alright as I am in my below-goal-weight cushion area this morning.

Well...I did okay on the weekend. Lots of walking with the girl scouts on Saturday, but Sunday was not too great. I walked around the mall for a couple of hours. I really need to get back on track with my exercise.
Food:
B -- 2 yam patties
S -- 2 yam patties
L -- 0 pt veggie soup, cucumber
S -- granola bar
D--Grilled Chicken breast and veggies

Haha, I was like "what What WHAT?" for a second, then realized that was what I posted. I didn't say I WAS awesome... just that I feel good. Sore and tired, which to me, means I did really well in getting a lot of exercise. I fell asleep last night with my body screaming at me and my mind completely frazzled. And I loved every second of it. Just gotta keep on keeping on.

Hi everyone.
Looks like everyone had a great weekend. Mine was fairly good - Saturday was spent out and about with my DH - we did some shopping, went puttering around, and basically had a date day that we needed.
Yesterday, something got a hold of me. I have been SO cold for the past two days, and can't get (or keep) warm. I spent yesterday snuggled up on the couch - and today have been trying to work from home, but can't seem to focus much. (I'm answering emails - that's about as much as I can handle right now).
I skipped breakfast and my morning snack, because I just wasn't hungry. I still am not hungry - but forced myself to eat lunch because I know I have to get something in. Have been forcing the water though - trying to keep myself hydrated.
Lunch today was 3/4 c of chicken mole (left over from Saturday night) and 2 low carb TJ's tortillas
Snack this afternoon was a peach
I have no idea what I'll want for dinner. DH smoked a beef brisket yesterday, but I'm not feeling it. I may have some shrimp instead. Not sure yet - just want to sleep!
Hopefully I'll be better tomorrow and able to keep to my plan and not want to skip everything. I'm heading out on vacation in 2 weeks, so I'm too busy to get sick!

It almost tripped me as I picked the box up out of the isle. I tried to put it back on the shelf, but it clung ever so tightly to my hands begging me to take it home.
I held the box closely to my breast as we stood in the middle of the isle caressing each other. Me trying to force it back onto the shelf and my hand which seemed like glue holding the box ever so tightly. I was standing their talking to the box and myself as people walked by laughing in aah of the spectacle that was taking place; it was like we were their all alone.
I held the box to my nose trying to catch the aroma or the scent from the candy. I then laid it against my face it was cool; I don't know what in the hell I was expecting the box too do. I shook it, and looked at it as I cursed softly under my breathe. Damn, damn, damn!!!
Mike & Ike finally won as I tossed them into the cart with my chicken salad and container of Lactose free cottage cheese beaming ever so brightly that it had won!
Today, I'm back on track and the love affair with Mike & Ike is over! That's right go ahead and laugh! Two men for the price of one. Damn, I'm good and so were they!

Hahahaaa.... that was better than a good dirty book!! I know I've had those moments. As long as you LIVED during your short stint with Sirs Mike and Ike.... I think you can move on. Just always keep that memory in your heart. It'll get easier in time. (maybe not)
