Pork Rinds?

Has anyone ever  heard of using crushed pork rinds as a binder for like meatloaf?  I'm considering trying it to see if it works...

I haven't but it sounds crisp and flavorful, if a bit salty. I'd say go for a less salty gravy and you're golden. Let us know how it comes out.

sounds like a great idea - never thought of it myself.  I'll be waiting for a report.  I've always used eggs.  This sounds yummier.

I used just about 1/4 cup crushed pork rinds...it came out phenomenal!  The DH just loved it...I think the key is using the plain ones and not too many...
