Sunday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
I'm having a nice, lazy Sunday. I need to finish up a few work things before the week starts but I don't have anything major planned. One of my son's friends is moving this weekend so I postponed any fun, family things until next weekend. He is moving about two miles away but you'd think he was moving to Alaska! I understand the convenience of two doors away versus two miles away is further. I've resisted the urge to tell him a story about "when I was a kid I walked 10 miles to my friend's house.....LOL."
Here's my check-in:
CARDIO: Walk to my son's friend's new house so he can see it isn't across the world
FOOD:
Scrambled eggs (2) with 1 strip of turkey bacon drained and blotted
Nectarine
Turkey salad with cheese and spray Ranch dressing
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
Morningstar Soy Sausages (6) with green beans
Power Crunch bar

Had a great Sunday. My granddaughter and her husband were here for the weekend and their idea of a good time is to go Go GO and eat inbetween. My checkbook couldn't take too many weekends like we had, but they had fun and that's what counts. I was so scared of eating out so much - but this is Monday and I even lost a little so guess being scared kept me in line. This maintenance thing is tricky! Today will be eating 1150 calories on my way to 1500, a little walking, and maybe 1 flight of stairs - sciatica nerve still "iffy"
