Back On Track Together
10 pounds!!
Lakergirl...it's totally about getting back on protocol. i have eliminated as much as possible carbohydrates - no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, corn...no chips...and I did a kick-start that many on here have tried - www.5daypouchtest.com. I swear by it, myself...lol...but i have been back on track since august 21st and now I'm down 11 pounds. Not too shabby for 3+ weeks...I found it a lot easier to go back to a pure liquid diet for two days then start adding food again than just quit cold turkey - so to speak. and quite honestly, once i got past the carb monster it's not really been that hard to maintain. gives me the opportunity to find new ways to cook! Tonight is Lasagna!!
