Thanks...I know it's a bit silly to celebrate this...but to me after the last 18 months of fighting it it's a huge hurdle!!

Silly my foot!!!!  First of all 10/11 pounds is definately something to celebrate and furthermore, it is healthy to celebrate.  The world would be a much healthier place if we learned to celebrate each step along the way instead of demanding we produce a monumental (not that losing 10 pounds isn't monumental - it is) event and then shyly celebrating.  Keep up the good work - you are an inspiration to us all
