Hi all

How has your week been - I have been run off my feet, but for a change have watched my intake rather than grab the first thing to hand - usually loaded with carbs!  I also picked up Sions mini challenge and have been fitting in half push ups in the commercials (when I remember) so have been more active.

And it tells on the scales - 1lb down this week - yay.  On my way to my thanksgiving goal.  Only 15lb to go.

My goal was 20 pounds by thanksgiving and this morning I was down 2.4 for last week!  17.6 to go!

Well...this was a "0 sum" game this week.  I stayed the same.  I will need to see what I need to tweek for this week.  I figure I need more cardio and less carbs.
