TGIF! It's been a long week for some of us, and its going to be even a shorter weekend for everyone. The weekends just shoot by....
Cardio:
Treadmill - trying for 60mins today
Food:

Turkey Bacon w/ Spinach Quiche
Cottage Cheese & LS Strawberry Jam
Spinach Omelet w/ Pepperjack Cheese
Cinnamon Pretzels
Salmon Pattie w/ tossed salad

Morning all!
I am ALL TOO EXCITED about my war weekend coming up tonight!! I'm all packed up and ready to leave strait from work. Geeks unite! I just need to pick up the all-too-necessary Box o'Joe from Dunk, and get there.
Okay, I'll try to keep it cool, keep it calm, actually concentrate on work. (not happening) Looks like it's going to be an extremely slow day today. Not going to help in the "make the day go by" part. Plus its raining out, so I can't hit the track. Ah well. I'll be getting PLENTY of exercise this weekend. Since I've been so busy with house malarkey, I've decided not to do a whole lot of writing and specific stuff that's super involved. Meaning I'm going to mostly "crunchy", or play the mean ol' monsters that are out there just to kill things until they get killed themselves. They serve no real purpose to the game except entertainment for the "sword jocks". In other, much more strait-forward, non-geeky terms... I'm going to come home with a LOT of bruises, and sore as anything.
I'm not -really- behaving today for food, as I need some extra calories to burn this weekend. I will be eating extremely well tomorrow and Sunday, so I'm okay with that.
Cardio - Run around like a loon in the rain all night
Food -
B - Subway chix parm flat bread
S - Other half
L - Left over Mr Taco chilli
S - Left over Mr Taco chilli
D - Likely something quick and on the road. Maybe a Dunk sammich when I get my box o joe.
S - Jerkey
I KNOW! I never eat a night time snack, but I'll need to stock up on protein all weekend. Hehe, also note, that will likely be around 2:30 tomorrow AM! (Game ends at 2 AM)
If you want to hear an insane schedule for this thing, here goes.
7:30 PM Friday - Arrive, get my bed set-up, get dressed in 'base blacks', help with player check-in.
10:00 PM Friday - Game ON
2:00 AM Saturday - Game OFF (TRY to get some rest)
9 AM Saturday - Game ON (I have to be 100% ready, showered, dressed, costumed, etc for now)
2 AM Sunday - Game OFF (That's right, a SOLID 18 hours of game on. Excellent tho.)
9 AM Sunday - Game ON (Final huge monster war battle occurs all day)
12 PM Sunday - Game OFF
A grand total of 24 hours of Game time, and a mere 8-10 hours of sleep ALL weekend.

36 lbs from goal!
I've spent the morning standing up on my hind legs and being fierce. My job contract expires 9/30 and I had heard nothing definite about 2009-2010 yr. Got that nailed down a little while ago. Spent the morning pacing, snarling, gnashing my teeth and being fierce.
1150 calories today (somewhat of a challenge since my granddaughter and her husband will be here this weekend and I'm not sure where we will be eating) Will have to estimate how many calories I have away from home - but figure this is maintenance and if I eat too many while they are here, I can compensate after they go home. I think that's the way "normal" people eat.
Still having to take it easy on exercise due to sciatica nerve. Will be just a little walking today.
Have a wonderful BOTT day.

Ok..Today has started out much better than yesterday. I think my meds are starting to kick back in, since I don't want to destroy anyone today. lol
Girl Scout camping all day tomorrow, so I don't know what I will be eating! Yikes.

Food:
B -- Grilled Chicken Breast
L -- Grilled Chicken Breast, cucumber, light cheese
I know that I keep putting in Grilled Chicken Breast, but that is kinda not exactly what I am eating. Wal-Mart sells this bag of frozen precooked grilled chicken breast meat patties. One of the patties is 130 cals. I can't remember the exact stats, but they are pretty good. Since the meat is ground up and reformed (sounds appetizing, right?) I can actually digest it with my pouch. Anyway, just thought I should let you know.
