Morning!  My evil husband brought in cherry and apply turnovers, so, although I resisted temptation last night, I had one this morning.  I think that is why I am so starved.  The sugar makes me hungry:

B-Cherry turnover
S - Banana
S - Apple
L - Veggie Soup with Chicken and Crab meat
S - Apple

Cardio
My daughter has her girl scout meeting tonight, so I will be running around after munchkins.

I really need to look into this Click stuff. I'm a coffee freak-ola and I think it'd be great to have the protein and caffeine in one shot. Hm.

Well after a bad day yesterday of eating, it suddenly seems like my pouch is smacking me in the face and telling me to behave, all of its own accord. I am very full from 2 slices of toast this morning. That's great. I hope it keeps up.

Cardio - Hit the track, tho taking it a little easy for the upcomming WAR WEEKEND

Food -
B - 2 slices WW whole wheat toast with PB
S - Starbucks orange mango banana vivino smoothie with extra protein and green tea powder
L - Left over shepherds pie
S - Starbucks spinach feta wrap
D - Dad is taking us to my favorite resturant tonight.... MR TACO! Chilli con carne for me!

Well, yesterday was a day I thought I'd never see - I was miserably, painfully overstuffed on 800 calories of food.  I had planned for 1200.  Finally found 300 more calories in food that wouldn't take up much room - but struggled to eat it.  I was still planning my food for maxium volume for the calories so I would be sure to "have enough" (some old thinking takes a long long long time to go away)  Today I'm still uncomfortably full but am planning for 1150 calories.  Sure never in my wildest dreams thought I would EVER have this problem!!!!  Not surprisingly, I was in my under goal weight cushion range this morning.  Working on choosing higher calorie foods today.  It's still hard to think in terms of NEEDING to eat that many calories - that I can eat that many calories and not get as fat as an elephant - that not being able to hold more calories is NOT A GOOD THING  I'll tell you this maintenance thing is truly a whole new way of life.!!!!  May have tried to progress to 1500 calories a bit fast - body & mind seem to be rebelling. Still having trouble with my sciatica nerve so no stairs and not much walking today - trying to get it calmed down again after over walking Monday.

I am so sorry you are having problems with your sciatica.  I know that is extremely painful.

As to your other problem...please pass it along to me!

I did not start off well today, but I plan on finishing well.

Take care.

Alicia - Isn't that a grand problem to have!!!!

You will make it, I'm sure.  Sometimes our goal has to be five minutes - we all know there are days five minutes can be harder than five days are other times.  Celebrate your successes and forgive you human mistakes.

Hi Kellie,

Thank you so much for posting our C&C.  I've been swamped since 7:10 this morning non-stop.  I'm just now eating breakfast at 5:00 p.m.  So, thanks!!

Okay, what's Click Frappe?  I know CLICK and drink it often but what is your recipe for the Frappe part?  Sounds wonderful.

CARDIO:  Day off.  Does walking down the hall to use the restroom count?  That's all I've had time for!

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels (2)
Lean Cuisine BBQ Chicken Pizza (1/2)
Green Beans
Laughing Cow low fat ice cream sandwich

Have a terrific Thursday as we BOTT.  BOTT POWER!!!

Good evening!

Not the greatest day for my 2nd day BOTT, but still a huge improvement from what I've been doing, so I'm OK.

Cardio--just plain didn't get it in--got called to sub teach this morn (I'm a retired h.s. guid couns.), and then got very busy after school--poor excuses, but it just didn't happen.

B--lf cott cheese/lf van yogurt mixture w/ blueberries
S--handful of almonds
L--homemade bean salsa made w/ lt Ital dressing; 12 soy crisps; 1/2 apple
AFTER WORK--went overboard w/ snacking, which basically turned into a "meal"--S.B. protein bar, sf pudding cup w/ added prot powd, 2 LARGE handfuls of regular pot chips(!), handful of almonds, nsa fudgsicle--GEEZ!
D--1/3 grilled cheeseburger, small helping green beans, about 3" corn on cob WITH small amount of butter

Other than the pot chips, I didn't have anything HORRIBLE, but I just had too much--and ate when I was stressed/tired after work.

Need to cool it tonight.  It's not realistic for me to eat NOTHING from now til bedtime, but I am going to try to keep my Crystal Lt. by my side all evening and have some sf jello w/ a lil lt cool whip.  I'm gonna try!!!!

Always,
Jo
