JO - Isn't it great not to have to do this alone? 
 to know we don't have to hide in shame?   to know the we can succeed?   We all need each other every day - it's impossible to give support without also receiving support. 
Thank you for trusting us enough to allow us to support you. 

Please let us know any way we can be helpful to you   and by the way - better get used to positive comments - that's all you'll find here - how can we do otherwise when you are no different from us?   To put you down would be to put ourselves down and we ALL know that just makes things worse. 

It's so good to have you here and posting. 

We are all here for you and for each other...it's not easy going down this road...we need all the help we can get!!

so glad that you've joined in with the BOTT family.  I find this group so encouraging and positive, it is really helping me stay the course and keep getting back up each time (yes it keeps reoccuring!!) I fall off the track.
