Wednesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio
OK, my 1st day BOTT, and as of right now (6:15 p.m.) I've had a good day. Of course, the evenings are my worst time, but still, I feel very good about today.
I got my exercise today by mowing our lawn, which takes me about 45 min. It may not be true cardio, but it's just a regular push mower, so by the time I finish, I feel like I've had a workout.
B--cott ch w/ some van lf yogurt mixed in & a handful blueberries
S--handful of almonds
L--tuna w/ lt mayo on 1 sl bread
S--1/2 apple cut up & rolled in 1/2 scoop choc prot powder mixed w/ a lil Altern
D--that delicious "Cauliflower Pizza" that Janelle posted yest. I had a full serving, which is 1/4 of the recipe.
Plan on snack tonight of a sf pudding cup (new flavor--Boston Cr Pie) w/ 1/2 scoop choc pro powd mixed in. And a little lt cool whip. If I'm going crazy for something more, I'll eat the rest of the apple from earlier.

I feel like I am a Hungry, Hungry Hippo today...nothing seems to be satisfying my Pooh-Pouch. I want to eat everything in site. Don't know why my pouch is so empty or feels so empty today. Trying to stay true to my calorie intake count!
