I hope Cathy doesn't mind that I start today's.  I am going to be in meetings all day and want to make sure I get my logging taken care of so the day doesn't get ahead of me.  (And I need this for accountability!)

B - Protein Shake
S - Yogurt and Kay's natural cereal
L - 2oz roast beef, 1slice cheese, crisp breads, kay's snack mix.
S - Fresh fruit and a cheese stick
D - Mini meat loaf and mashed cauliflower
S - Cottage cheese

Cardio - Walking on my lunch hour

Have a great day!

Thanks Kelli -

My maintenance is going well.  I'm a tiny bit up in my over-goal cushion, but doing fine with adding 50 calories each day.  Today is 1200 on the way to 1500. I promise me and all of you that I will not "spook" because of a tiny gain and cut back on calories but will follow my plan to increase them for today.

My exercise will be some walking and some stair climbing.  Kind of overdid the distance I walked Monday so had a little sciatica never pain yesterday.  That seems to have gone away today so will try to get out of the mind set of "if a little does a little good, a lot will do a lot of good" and not overdo the walking or stair climbing.

This maintenance is a whole new experience for me.  Thanks to all of you for being there and letting me ramble on about my journey.

Have a fine BOTT day one and all.

Hi Kellie,

I don't mind at all. Absolutely not! Thanks for posting it. I love it that BOTTers feel attached to our C&C and go for posting it themselves. Feel free anytime.

I'm tired - not sleeping. I'm not sure if I'm not sleeping very well so my brain won't turn off or the other way around or a combination of both!! The silver lining is that I'll get tired enough that I will sleep really well! There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day for me right now. I know that right now self-care and nurturing of myself is important. That is exactly what I would tell any of you typing this exact same post so I'm coaching myself! I'm not a very good coaching recipient though!!!

Here's my check-in:

CARDIO: No way....if I get any time, I'm going to do something to give myself some TLC.

FOOD:

Southwestern Egg Beaters
Cottage cheese
Chicken Soup (for lunch and afternoon snack)
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Chicken Soup with steamed vegetables
Power Crunch Bar

Have a wonderful Wednesday as we BOTT - BOTT POWER!!

Cathy

I love the Southwestern Egg Beaters!  My kids do not eat it, so it actually last a bit in my house.

Morning all!

I've had a pretty bad start this morning, with intentions not met and a little bit too much for breakfast. I did pack a lunch today, and will make a hard effort not to stray from what i've packed (Its pizza day, which means free pizza around 2. I MUST avoid!)

War weekend comming up this weekend!! It totally snuck up on me with the holiday, so now I'm scrambling to get everything taken care of and prepared, packed and ready. Not easy when half my stuff is in the storage space across town, but I'll make a valiant effort to fetch all that tomorrow morning.

Cardio - hit the track

Food -
B - 2 slices light raisin bread and ICBINB
S - Subway steak n cheese omlette flatbread (ate half, gunna see if I can give the other half away)
L - Tuna with onions, celery and lite mayo, 2 slices WW lite whole wheat bread
S - Laughing cow cheese and wheat thins
D - Whatever momma makes tonight, probably shepherd's pie

Yuck!  Try to keep those fluids going.  I am a big proponent of chicken soup and epson salt baths when I am sick.

Hope you feel better.
