I made this tonight, & it was delicious!!  I took the super-easy way out & got the small bag of caulif that you just nuke; then (since I don't have a "ricer") I just used a potato masher to easily mash them & then added the eggs & 1st c. of cheese.

I'm not overly crazy about sausage (altho I used it tonight), so the next time I may use extra-lean ground beef instead--or just do more of a veggie version.

Anyway, I did want to add that this recipe is 4 servings, which it says when you click on the links at the top of your post.  I made it just for myself tonight cause my hubby is gone, but he would eat this!  I'm just going to re-heat some of it for lunch tomorrow.

 I'm so glad you liked it...my DH reheated what was left from last night for dinner (went to dr...bronchitis and sinus infection...yuk!) and he said it was just as good as the first time around!

Next time I think I am going to try to do it supreme style - pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, olives, onions...whatever I can think of...you CAN eat pizza again!!!
