Good morning!

Cathy - hope you get to feeling better - all that chicken should be able to work miracles for you! I'm sending you healing thoughts!

Today I'll be doing a little bit of shopping, a lot of laundry, and some work to get ready for the week ahead.

My food plan:
B - yogurt and kay's natural cereal
S - protein shake
L - Chicken Salad
S - Yogurt and merengue crisps
D - Not sure yet - we're talking about going to our favorite Middle Eastern restaraunt for dinner
S - Cottage cheese and SF jello

Have a great holiday!  Don't work too hard! :)

Cathy --
I think there is something going around.  I was sick last week, and my sister-in-law brought me Jewish penacillin (Chicken soup and Mazto Balls).  I don't know that it made me better, but I was the only thing I could stomach.

Take care and rest.

Just got back from a 3.11 mile slow walk - no stairs - at least not yet.

This morning I was exactly goal weight.  Eating 1100 calories today on my way to 1500.  Had a pint of Arctic Zone choc peanut butter ice cream when I came in from my walk.

It's back to work tomorrow and this weekend my granddaughter and her husband will be here so am not sure how much exercise I will get.  Will be eating out some but will do my best to keep my calories on schedule.

Congratulation on being at your goal weight.  I think walking is the best exercise, since you can do it anywhere.

Enjoy having your family out.  Maybe they can go out with you on walks.

Take care.
