Woohoo, I started yesterday. I've walked the dog about a mile each day. Its my mom's dog, but I don't think she'll mind if I walk him after work or before work (or both). Its good for both of us.

Feelin good, I even did some crunches today when I had a random spare few minutes and somewhere I could stick my feet under.

Keep up on those pledges!

Hi Sion,
I did some exercising myself. I'm here at work today and took the opportunity to utilize the gym downstairs since its not busy.  I did 25 mins on the treadmill and plan to go back and do another 25 mins along with some weight training.

I'm looking forward to the challenge...hell if they can do it on the Biggest Loser, we can do it here!

I am sure your mom loved you walking her dog.  It is like pulling teeth for me to get either of my children to walk the dog.  In fact, that should help me to walk "Rosie" more. lol

Good job to you both for getting in the exercise today.  I did take a walk today, but I will need to do better.

One day at a time.

Count me in - I'm working on the theory slow & steady wins the race so won't be doing anything spectacular - will aim for "something" every day.

Just got back from a 3.11 mile slow walk. (It's so much fun to have a GPS and know EXACTLY how far I've walked - the tricky part is I have to be outside where the satallite can find me)  Won't have the luxury of this for a while as it's back to work tomorrow and my granddaughter and her husband will be here this weekend.  But will do something.

If nothing else, come Thanksgiving, I can be thankful the challenge has ended!

I started yesterday - watching my intake and not snacking.  Have made a few slip ups but am not going to let them push me off course.  I'm aiming for a loss of 1lb a week and some weeks 1.5lbs

I'm off to sign up for my tap danicing class right now...
