I have already lost 16 of the 62 pounds I gained!

I'm all in.  I need this to help get me back on track.  I pledge to lose 10 to 20 lbs and/or a dress size by Thanksgiving.  Best wishes to all.  Let's do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!
