Tuesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio

You and many other people on this board inspire me to stay on track. It's awesome seeing someone meet their goal and go into a maintenance phase. That along with the support from my fellow OH'ers will keep me motivated to stay on track.

Hi ladies!

Sorry to post at the end of the day - but the morning got away from me, and the thread hadn't been started yet.

This was my day -
B - Protein Shake
B2 - 3 eggwhite omlette with 1oz cheddar cheese
L - 3oz turkey breast, 2 slices havarti cheese, mustard, 2 crisp breads and a pickle
S - Almond Delight nutty chips
(Unplanned, stress induced snack of WAY too many almonds *sigh*)
D - 6 chick fila breast nuggets
S - 4oz cottage cheese, small banana, and sf caramel

If I count right, it's around 1500 cals, without the evil almonds, closer to 1150 (which is where I'd much rather be!)

Hi BOTTers!

I have will power, self control, and yes! My pouch still works!! It's just amazing what eating healthy food & exercising will do for your mood. =)

Cardio: 30 min step aerobics & 25 min strength training

Food:
protein shake
nectarine
3 oz deli-slices chicken & slice of Milton's bread
cherry tomatoes & celery
1/2 cup green beans & garlic
3 scrambled egg whites with parmesean cheese & salsa
1 starbucks iced coffee (it's really amazing how many calories are in one of these! Doh!)
