Hi BOTTers,

I am so tired and the day has just started.  I think the pace I was operating at for the past few weeks finally caught up with me.  Problem is that I still have the same amount to do.  I see a light at the end of the tunnel with things hopefully settling down a little bit.

Here's my check-in:

CARDIO:  Day off

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Veggie strips
Morningstar soy sausage links (6 links)
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
Tilapia with green beans
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Power Crunch bar

Have a terrific Tuesday as we BOTT.........BOTT POWER.

Cathy - please get some rest - it's so much harder to stay on track when we are worn out.  You do everything so well I can sure understand why so many rely on you.

I'm happy to report all is going well on maintenance.   (For the first time in my life, I feel confident I can maintain!!!!)  I'm still in my cushion zone and gradually adding calories - that sounds as though I've been doing this forever - it's my 2nd day LOL  Today it's 950 calories on my way to 1500 and some walking.  I know it will be scary when I get out of my cushion zone but I will just have to deal with it when the time comes.   Thank goodness BOTT POWER is there to see me through!!!!!

I wish for all of you your best BOTT day ever today!!!

Its good to be back, but buying houses STINKS!  What a mess today between appraisals I didn't order askign for payment I don't have, to STILL waiting for the other bank to approve our bid. Bleh. I was so exhausted last night and I'm slowly becomming certain its the stress of this situation doing it.

Anyhow, I still woke up feeling great, made stuffed peppers this morning so mum can thrown them right into the oven when she gets home. Those should be an extra yummy reward after the morning I've had.

Cardio - Walk the track at lunch

Food-
B - Raisin toast and apple butter
S - Wheat thins and laughing cow cheese
L - BLT
S - SF Jello pudding snack pack
D - 1/2 stuffed pepper

Hi All!!
it has been a rough few days for me. I am struggling with the willpower again to do this, and it is frustrating me. I want nothing more then to succeed in getting rid of some of this excess gain. And I can see myself doing it, but I just cant do it some days. I have no control! Scale is up 2 lbs...but I am trying not to let that defeat me!

B - Small Egg Omelet w/ Tomatoes and Onion
S - Sargento RF String Cheese
L - 1 Slice Light Wheat Bread, 2 Oz Blazing Buffalo Chicken Deli Meat, 1 Slice Naturally Slender         Cheese, Carrots
S - Handful of Hard Pretzels
D - No Clue Yet, Hoping some sort of Chicken or Tuna

96 Oz Water
Med DD Coffee w/ Skim Milk

Also sucked on a few lifesavers throughout the day

Good Luck All!

JL - Take it 5 minutes at a time and celebrate (in a non-food way LOL) your success in being on track after EVERY 5 minutes.  I used to say that I had plenty of willpower - it was my won'tpower that was a little weak

You can do it, I know you can.  You might find Judith Beck's book The Diet Solution helpful.  I know several folks who have found it helped them.  Just a thought
